Description

The Hobart 115119-G2 Thermostat Assembly with a 3/16 x 13-inch bulb D1/D18 is a temperature controller component of a commercial cooking appliance that is used to control the amount of internal heat. It has a sensing bulb and a capillary tube, which detect the changes in temperature and regulate the heating cycle, respectively. The unit is used in an average temperature range of about 100F to 550F and has a dial, pilot light and bezel that can be adjusted and monitored by the user. It is installed in the control circuit and it switches electrical power to heating elements to hold the set temperature.
