Description

The Broaster 10883 Filter Motor is a 1/3 HP single-phase motor for commercial fryer oil filtration systems. It operates the filtration pump which circulates hot cooking oil from the fryer to a filter assembly to remove crumbs, carbon deposits, and other particles, then returns the oil to the frypot. This circulation process will aid in keeping the oil clean and ensuring the oil fries uniformly. Available for 50/60 Hz electrical service, the motor is often installed in pressure fryers and can be installed in commercial deep fryer filtration systems in restaurants and foodservice kitchens.
