Description

The Hobart 107071-12 Steam Solenoid Valve 120/240V 1" Rod operates on the concept of an electromagnetic coil to cause a plunger to move inside the valve structure and regulates the fluid flow. The internal magnetic field causes the rod to move to either open or close the flow of steam through the system when excited. This component is fitted directly into the plumbing of the commercial kitchen to control the thermal cycles. The unit has two voltage compatibilities and a rod fit to fit the existing hardware and maintain better system performance.
