Description

The Dean 106-6688 Interface Board 4-5/16" x 4-7/8" is an electronic control board, used in compatible commercial systems. This interface board connects the control signals from the fryer to the various electrical parts that are used in conjunction with the fryer to control and operate it normally. It is often used in restaurants, institutional kitchens and food services applications to ensure the operatesality of fryers when cooking, and to help control temperatures during processing. The board is installed inside the electrical box of the fryer system and, in conjunction with the control panels, sensors, and circuits, operates the system.
