Description

The Cleveland 1057821 2-Stage Gas Valve Replacement Kit is used to control the flow of gas in two steps first controlled ignition and then a constant supply of gas to the burner system. The valve assembly operates by providing a low flow of gas to be used in ignition and then changing to a higher flow rate after the burner flame has been established to assist in supporting the normal heating cycle of the equipment. It is mounted in the gas control area of compatible commercial cooking equipment, where it is connected to the gas supply line and burner.
