Description

The Southbend 1055999 Natural Gas Safety Control is a propane regulating appliance for commercial cooking equipment to regulator gas flow to the burner during cooking procedures. It is designed to be used with 3.5" WC applications and utilizes the Model 7000 BMVR setup for compatibility with specified preheat systems. This protection control is located inside the gas management compartment and has a connection with the ignition assemblys, pilot systems, and connected supply parts. Replacement generally is performed when the valve response communication is not consistent during routine operation, which is part of the maintenance.
