Description

The Garland 1017502 Thermostat FDO-1 is an accurate control instrument for temperature control in the oven. It has a 72" capillary tube, and its working temperature range is 150F – 550F catering to all heat regulating requirements in culinary practices. It is a great thermostat for regulating temperature so the food stays hot, for a longer period, and helps prevent overcooking or undercooking the meals. Its connection size is 7/16" to enable it to fit in new installations of gas ovens as well as replacement installations. These include enhanced energy consumption, enhanced cooking outcomes, and enhanced reliability in busy kitchens to enhance operation.
