Description

The Univex 1000519 Worm is a helical gear component that is intended to be used in worm gear reduction systems of commercial food processing machinery. It conveys rotary movement by sliding contact with a complementary worm gear which allows high torque delivery and speed reduction. The component is machined to high accuracy to provide constant pitch and alignment, which provides efficient load transfer and low backlash.
