Description

The Market Forge 10-4714A Thermostat is a temperature control component used in commercial equipment to regulate internal cooking heat. It senses oven temperature through a capillary bulb probe and mechanically cycles, the heating system on and off to maintain a set range. It is installed in restaurant and convection equipment used for baking, roasting and batch cooking. Within the equipment system it operates, as part of the ovens control assembly working alongside the heating elements, and fan to ensure consistent heat distribution and stable cooking conditions.
