Frymaster 8102783 Fryer Full Port Valve W/O-Ring 1-1/2

The Frymaster 8102783 Fryer Full Port Valve W/O-Ring is used to regulate the flow of cooking oil in a rotating internal port system in operation. The rotation of the handle brings the inside passage and the piping connected to it into alignment to either release oil or shift position to prevent the flow during the draining process. Installed at the drain outlet of the fryer tank below the tank, where oil flows out of the unit to undergo filtering, collection, or disposal. The 1-1/2 inch full port opening of the drain line is not provided with an O-ring to allow individual sealing parts to be used.
