Description

The Cleveland 08165 Convection Element Kit is a heating unit within a steamer to produce the commercial steam. It is housed in the heating block, which heats the water when in use. This kit has 12kW 3PH 208-220V rating and is used to generate high steam volumes in commercial cooking. It is linked to the power source and operates during cooking times. It is normally replaced during maintenance when the output drops enabling the steamer to remain in the operation during use.
