Description

The Groen 012840 High Limit Thermostat HF420 is used to regulate the temperature inside the commercial braising pan and will shut off the heating circuit when the temperature is sensed to reach the set limit. It has a temperature sensing mechanism that senses the heat from the cooking vessel and signals the control circuit to stop heating when the limit is reached. The thermostat is mounted inside the braising pan assembly and the sensing element is placed to cover the temperature area to be sensed. It is used in commercial food service equipment where an external temperature limiting component is needed.
