Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-357036-00003 Lamp Lens is a protective shield that is meant to protect the internal light of compatible oven systems. It is placed on top of the lamp opening to enable the light to pass through and isolate the bulb to heat, moisture, and exposure to food. The lens allows the user to have a clear view in the cooking chamber to enable them to keep an eye on the product without physically opening the door. The lens is normally replaced in cases where it is cracked, clouded or damaged. It assist in maintaining the viewing conditions during the operation in commercial cooking facilities.
